What issues are you facing?
Anyone can be affected by financial problems.
These problems can include the following:

- Trouble with creditors
- Repossession or eviction
- Knowing your rights as a consumer
- Statements of claim
- Unfair lending practices
- Court issues and fines
- Centrelink issues
Who can we help?
Moneycare’s clients include:
- Single parents
- Unemployed or low income
- Singles, couples or families
- Those facing financial difficulties
A Moneycare Financial Counsellor will:
- Listen to your story
- Discuss your options with you
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Provide referral information if applicable
- Contact Community Legal Services if needed
- Produce budget reports as required
- Talk with creditors including banks and other credit providers
- Negotiate with creditors
- Negotiate with utility companies

All Financial Counsellors are professionally trained, are members of the Financial and Consumer Rights Council (FCRC) and have the support of the Moneycare team.
