Who can we help?
Moneycare’s clients include:
- Single parents
- Unemployed or low income
- Singles, couples or families
- Those facing financial difficulties
A Moneycare Financial Counsellor will:
- Listen to your story
- Discuss your options with you
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Provide referral information if applicable
- Contact Community Legal Services if needed
- Talk with creditors including banks and other credit providers
- Negotiate with creditors
- Negotiate with utility companies
About Moneycare Financial Counsellors
All Financial Counsellors are professionally trained, are members of the Financial and Consumer Rights Council (FCRC) and have the support of the National Moneycare team.
